Chelsea Clinton works for a hedge fund that specializes in investing in bankruptcies and foreclosures. Imagine losing your home, pension or job because of bankruptcy and discovering that Chelsea Clinton was there, buying it up for pennies on the dollar, then after some regulatory relief or a tax break from mom, the assets double or triple in value and be sold for a large profit. How would that leave you feeling?
People can hardly believe that Dick Cheney would go to war for profit, but when you see all the ways in which politicians can rip off the public without even facing public scrutiny……..
They generally avoid investing in Eastern Europe, France, Italy and Spain because of what they see as a lack of predictability in the bankruptcy process. “It is very unclear whose interests are being prioritized,” referring to the various constituencies — employees, suppliers and investors — that could lay claim to a company’s assets in bankruptcy. “The senior debt could be subordinate to employee claims,” notes Lasry. “In France the system is geared toward helping the workers.” I guess they don’t have that problem in the U.S.
The depths of the depravity of the Clintons has not even been probed.
Hillary wasn’t the first lady of Arkansaw when she turned a $ 1000 dollar investment into a $ 100,000 dollar profit either. It doesn’t really matter who makes the money, it’s all in the family and by having the money go to another family member they can keep their hands clean.
Remember Refco? Rhimes with Rezco? That was Hillarys pork belly trading firm when Bill was attorney general of arkansas, before he became governor.
It just shows that the clinton’s have not changed one bit in their financial dealings. I’d like to see Chelsea’s tax returns, I think they have relevance.

and do you really think all of the above applies only to the Clinton’s and if you were in a position to make a lot of money would you stand down and say oh no i couldn’t possibly because i have such high morals? if you are a supporter of obama what do you really know about him except that he has surrounded himself with people who hate this country and has a wife who by her own admission has never been proud of her country? it doesn’t look like she has suffered much or done much to improve the USA. you are certainly old enough to realize politics in America and probably most places is a game for the ego centric low standard person.

What does Chelsea’s job have to do with Hillary’s campaign?
Hmm. judging by the answers on this page I’d venture to say that some people have missed the point or lashed back because you don’t support their candidate. I’ll clarify the point of your post-
Why would Chelsea actively campaign on her mother’s behalf, and praise her mother’s ability to end the housing crisis when she herself commits to a position where she benefits from the current situation?
This isn’t so much a statement against Hillary- after all, Hillary supporters aren’t voting for Chelsea, just as Obama supporters aren’t voting for Wright. That’s logical. But at the very least we can say that Chelsea’s campaigning on her mothers economic strenghts is an oxymoron at best.
Ohhh…and here come the thumb downs because I said something against Chelsea…
